RETURNS and CANCELLATION POLICY
-goods can be returned within 14days from received goods . we offer a voucher to be spent again in our shop or full (or partial in case of damages) refund ;shipping will be paid by the buyer
-we reserve 21 days from returned goods or cancellation's notice,to be inspected and/or accounted before issuing a refund or voucher.
-if any damages or partly used parts will be found , refund/voucher will be subject to recommence or not available to be returned anymore
-none of any orders for "made on request" parts and bikes can be cancelled or refunded
-orders timeframe is subject to in house and factory availability,factory productions timing,couriers delays and unforeseen events we are not responsible of.
DELIVERY
All orders received by 3.30pm (Monday to Fridays except Bank Holidays) are shipped the same day from our own stock at our LEEDS warehouse
Please be aware that although 99% of DPD UK courier orders which are sent using a 'Next Working Day' service are received the next working day this is not a guaranteed service and there are occasions where an order may be unavoidably delayed due to courier error or other factors beyond reasonable control.
For UK Royal Mail orders ARE sent using the 'Tracked 48' service we are seeing more than 90% of orders being received within 2 working days but Royal Mail do not guarantee this and we therefore advertise this at checkout as typically between 2 and 3 working days.
For DHL 24 UK courier orders DHL aim to delivery the next working day but do not guarantee this. We are seeing more than 90% of UK DHL orders being received next working day but DHL do not guarantee this But typically between 1 and 2 working days.
Please note 'Next Working Day' means next *working* day and consequently our couriers do not deliver on Bank Holidays or Saturdays and Sundays.
The cut-off ordering time is 3.30pm weekdays.
